Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be happy, so we give you a full 14 days after you receive them to examine and return gems!
If the gem or gems are returned in original condition we will refund their full purchase price minus shipping charges.
(Tip: This is a good way to compare multiple gems, just return the ones you don't want!)
To qualify for a return, proceed as follows:
Contact us directly via email or phone within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order to notify that you will be returning the stone(s) and confirm the return address.
Re-package the gem(s) in original safe packaging.
Post the gem(s) back to us – registered post and send us the tracking number. We highly recommend signature on delivery and insurance. The security of the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives with us and is collected.
We will confirm when the parcel has arrived.
The gem(s) will be inspected to assure they are in original condition and you will be contacted to confirm the condition.
We will inform you when the refund has been processed via the payment method used.
Please note:
The gem(s) returned must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund. If the gems(s) are damaged in any way – including in the post back to us - we will not refund the purchase. The gems are yours.
Returned gem(s) must be securely and safely packaged so that they do not become damaged in transit.
The Gemstone Gallery is NOT liable or responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the mail during the return process. Insurance is available via the post or other sources and is recommended to be taken out.
Please do not include the words “gem” “gemstone” “The Gemstone Gallery” on the outside of the parcel. We do not wish to indicate the parcel contents and increase the chance of theft.
